Shipping & Order Information
Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 or more.
All shipments come standard with emailed tracking and take 4-7 business days to arrive.
Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, pending item availability and payment verification. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make adjustments or cancellations.

Please note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Pre-Orders: Pre-ordering allows you to secure an item before it’s in stock. Pre-order items are charged at checkout, and any in-stock items will ship separately. Estimated delivery dates for pre-order items can be found on their respective product pages. Pre-orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.
Missing Packages: We cannot be held responsible for packages once they are in the carrier’s hands. If tracking shows a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Returns & Exchanges
General Return Policy: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items for a refund (excluding original shipping fees) within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be:
Return Shipping Fees: If you prefer, you may return items with your own shipping label, but please use a trackable method as we are not responsible for lost packages. We do not provide return labels for international orders.
Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. No price adjustments are available on sale items.

Processing Time: Once received, returns are processed within 7-10 business days, and refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take up to 10 business days to reflect the refund.
Exchanges: We currently offer exchanges only for size changes, not for color or style changes.
Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Once approved, defective items must be shipped back within 7 days with the provided return label.
Non-Returnable Items:
Final sale items sent back to us will be returned to the customer.
